I enjoyed my 3-night stay in a Deluxe Queen Room. The location was perfect, with the Zocalo just a short walk away. Breakfast was diverse and delicious, especially on weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing my experience. AC worked well, keeping the room cool. ☀️

Couple's Comfortable Oasis

The staff was nice and helpful, they even ran to the pharmacy to get us some meds, just couldn't believe such service. Breakfast was a daily delight, eggs made fresh every morning, it's like they knew my favorite way to start the day.

The absence of windows in the room made it feel darker and smaller than expected, contrary to the 'luxury' advertised. While the fitness center was reportedly available, it was indeed padlocked shut during my stay, leading to disappointment. The shower lacked consistent hot water, and there was a noticeable issue with the air conditioning, requiring us to request a fan for relief from the heat.

Location is perfect for exploring, just a few blocks from Zocalo. Staff not very responsive at times. The breakfast buffet offered great choices on weekends. Rooms clean and spacious.
